MING Tea was founded by Chinese Tea Sommeliers Edward Qu and Monica Xian in 2016, in Burlington, Ontario. We have recently welcomed two new Instructors, Jennifer Linton and Crystal Beaudoin, to our team. New to the North American tea community, MING Tea has introduced a wide range of authentic courses in Chinese tea appreciating, tea reviewing, tea art, and tea mindfulness practices. We aim to promote tea as a lifestyle by sharing knowledge about tea culture as well as brewing, tasting and appreciating methods.
